RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving the goods, in original condition and packaging including box.  The box including any labels should not be defaced or damaged in any way.  All goods must be accompanied with proof of purchase e.g original invoice.  We will refund the product price but unfortunately we are unable to refund any postage costs incurred returning the product.  We recommend you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit.

We will only refund the postage costs if the shoes are faulty or damaged.  Returns can also be taken back to our shop in Coleraine.  You must bring proof of purchase with you when returning items.  If the shoes are not returned in good condition or not fit for resale, Bishops has the right to refuse a refund.

Please be advised that due to the nature of the highly beaded decoration / sequins / jewels of some products, some small beads and trims will become loose during normal wear and tear and are not a manufacturing faulty.  Please note, unless the description states otherwise, our shoes are not waterproof.
